The Yatu Studios website is provided for general information about services, process, pricing starting points, and independent concept work. Concept names and visuals shown as independent concept studies are fictional and are not client projects.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise specific leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or other commercial outcomes. Any project goals, measurements, or reporting requirements must be agreed separately in writing.

Pricing and scope

Displayed prices are starting points. Final scope, price, timing, responsibilities, revisions, ownership, hosting, third-party costs, and launch requirements are confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Third-party platforms

Some projects require booking, commerce, email, hosting, analytics, listing, or other specialist platforms. Yatu Studios may coordinate those tools, but the third party’s terms, availability, costs, and performance remain separate from Yatu’s own service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or send information you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, website copy, design, code, photography, trademarks, and other materials remain with their respective owners. Client ownership and license terms are defined per project.
