Information you submit

When you submit a project inquiry or Site Survey request, Yatu Studios receives the information in the form, including your name, business, email address, website, phone number, project details, and message. We use that information to review your request and respond about the services you asked about.

How information is stored

Website inquiry records are stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database connected to this website’s submission endpoint. We do not publish inquiry records or sell them to advertisers.

Third-party services

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and form processing, Google Fonts for typography, and ordinary browser network services. Projects may involve additional third-party platforms when a client asks Yatu Studios to coordinate them; those services are explained during the project.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to review the request, manage a potential or active project, maintain business records, or comply with applicable obligations. You can ask what information we hold about your inquiry or ask us to correct or delete it by emailing hello@yatustudios.com.

Security and limitations

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the website and submission path. No internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification, or other sensitive information through the forms.
