Before work begins

Scope and pricing
Starting prices are not quotes. The final scope, price, timeline, page allowance, functionality, content responsibility, revisions, hosting, integrations, and post-launch support are confirmed before work begins.
Approvals and revisions
Clients review the agreed design direction before development and the functioning site before launch. A revision means a change within the agreed scope. New pages, major new functionality, new integrations, or a complete new direction after approval may be quoted separately.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, required access, and material they have the right to use. Writing, photography, third-party systems, and specialist vendor work are identified and scoped honestly.
Third-party services
Hosting, booking, ecommerce, email, analytics, listings, and other third-party services may have their own terms, costs, limitations, and responsibilities. Yatu does not promise functionality it cannot properly support.
